Research interests

Human brain tumour cell culture from primary material to develop new cell lines for use in future experiments. Identification of different cell types in these cultures.

 

Stem cell culture from the human brain tumour cells. Identification of cell types and then differentiation to allow selection of particular cell types.

 

Drug resistance of cancer stem cells.
