Research interests

Ependymoma

Analysis of whole genome SNP copy number, methylation and gene expression data to identify genes involved in the pathogenesis of ependymoma as well as candidates with prognostic significance.

Functional analysis of identified candidates.

CNS PNET and Medulloblastoma

Functional analysis of the involvement of the WNT pathway in CNS PNET and medulloblastoma.

Gene expression array analysis of CNS PNET.
